The possible orders of growth of solutions to certain linear differential equations near a singular point

In this paper, we give the possible orders of growth of solutions to certain linear differential equations near a finite singular point. For that, an asymptotic equality of Wiman-Valiron type is proved for the derivatives of functions which are analytic in the closed complex plane except at a finite singular point.
