Abstract
Recent developments in the literature of oxygen evolution catalysis are discussed. Issues in experimental testing for catalyst comparison are detailed with particular focus on the use of porous foam supports. Ideas for optimization of the system are given such as increasing electrolyte concentration and film thickness.
