RésuméLa santé au travail n’est pas préservée lorsqu’on survit dans un milieu professionnel sans maladie déclarée — officiellement ou non —, mais seulement lorsqu’on peut continuer à créer un milieu de travail pour y vivre normalement, c’est-à-dire en y développant sa capacité d’agir et de penser. Un milieu professionnel « normal » peut alors être défini comme un milieu dont l’organisation reste à la fois la source et la ressource de ce développement de l’activité.AbstractOccupational health is not safeguarded when an individual survives in a professional environment without a declared illness (officially or not) but only when he can continue to create a work environment to live in normally.
