Action éducative et confusion de langage : des représentations nécessaires chez les parents pour que le travail socioéducatif prenne sens2

RésuméÀ partir d'une situation faite d'indifférenciation massive mère–enfant et de confusion de langage entre les mères rencontrées et les professionnels de l'action éducative judiciaire (AEMO), nous avons été amenés à élaborer un dispositif que nous avons voulu appeler le « roman de la grossesse ». Nous avons concentré notre travail sur l'élaboration en après-coup des premières étapes du devenir-mère. Nous illustrons à travers le cas de Marie comment cela rend possible la naissance de représentations nouvelles venant annoncer la constitution d'espaces psychiques intra- et interindividuels et entraînant des changements positifs dans la relation mère–enfant.

On considering the existing situation of a massive lack of differentiation between mother and child and of language confusion between the mothers whom we encounter and the professionals of the legal educational action (AEMO), we were stimulated to work out a script which could be called "the story of a pregnancy". We concentrated our work on the development of a look back over the first stages of becoming a mother. We illustrate through the case of Marie how this makes possible the origination of new outlook which presages the formation of modified intra- and interindividual psychic spaces and involving positive changes in the mother-child relationship.
