RésuméDepuis quelques années les troubles du comportement des enfants et des adolescents constituent un motif croissant de consultation et sont l'objet de nombreux débats. Nous faisons l'hypothèse que derrière l'apparence d'une symptomatologie semblable, les problématiques sous-jacentes sont toujours singulières. Nous distinguons d'une part l'écoute clinique de problématiques psychiques singulières et d'autre part le repérage des modalités d'expression psychopathologique mises en œuvre par ceux qui consultent. Dans un travail avec les enfants et leurs familles, nous proposons d'aller au-delà du trouble énoncé et de repérer sa valeur de symptôme pour l'enfant et pour ses parents.
Since a few years child and adolescent behaviour troubles are a rising consultation motive and the subject of many debates. Our hypothesis is that behind the appearance of a similar symptomatology the underlying problematics are always singular. We can distinguish between the clinical listening to psychic problematics and the revelation of psychopathologic expression modalities developed by the patients. In a work with children and their relatives we propose to go beyond the expressed trouble in order to locate its symptom value for the child and his/her parents.
