Abstract
The number of children who are diagnosed late with congenital hip dislocation is increasing. Hip ultrasound is the modality of choice for detecting developmental dysplasia of the hip after careful clinical examination. In this technical sheet, the indications and good practices for screening and diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the hip are summarized.
