Abstract
Asking the question of the relationship - or relationships - radiologist - patient in the aftermath of an imaging exam clearly indicates that the subject of the ad requires explanation, training and appropriation. The French health authority has published several guidelines for doctors on how the disease can be announced (Alzheimer's, cancer, genetic disease...), or on how an adverse event or a complication and its management should be announced (1). There is nothing official about radiology, while the subject is vast and complex as it affects both “normal” and pathological cases (screening, diagnosis, follow-up, interventional).
