Abstract
Incidental discovered unique pulmonary nodules require a standardized radiological management. In this short paper, we stress on the appropriate CT technique, the role of MIP, and the volumetric evaluation. Radiologists should demonstrate that the nodule is actually unique, evaluate the morphological characteristics of the nodule that orientate toward benignity or malignancy, propose a precise radiological follow-up for the indeterminate nodules (5-10mm) that is nowadays based on CT volumetric assessment.
