Abstract
Perovskite nanocrystal with good environmental stability is one of the most urgent problems to be solved in practical applications. Herein we report a fast facile polymer-assisted synthesis of all-inorganic perovskite nanocrystals (denoted as IPNCs) with environmental stability. The IPNCs with tunable bandgap and photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) (52%-93%) can be fabricated within 10â¯s at room temperature. The Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) polymer here not only directly acts as a ligand and reaction sites to confine the nucleation and crystal growth of IPNCs, but also facilitate the preparation of highly luminescent IPNCs-based film with superior water resistance. We also demonstrate its potential application in white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) by combining green and red IPNCs-based film with a blue LED chips.
