Abstract
- Melorheostosis is a rare non - hereditary disorder that can often be difficult to diagnose.
- While melorheostosis is more common in lower limbs, it can affect any bone in the body such as the skull and face.
- To our knowledge there are not cases of Polyostotic Melorheostosis in pediatric patients reported in the literature.
- In this particular case the failure of teeth to erupt was the triggering factor for the diagnosis of this condition.
