Abstract
Due to the high number of homeopathic doctors in France and the therapeutic questions which homeopathy raises, the National Council of the French Board of Physicians created, in 1995, a homeopathy study commission, on the initiative of Doctor Bernard Glorion. This commission, chaired by Doctor Lebatard-Sartre, brought together board advisers and homeopathic doctors, experts and representatives from associated structures. After two years of work, it published, in 1997, a report which is still relevant today, both in the area of teaching or research.
