Abstract
Most of the CR-KPN isolated from neonates produced New Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase-1 and were highly homologous. Fosfomycin-containing regimens and meropenem-/panipenem-containing combination therapy were efficient for CR-KPN infection in neonates.
