Abstract
												Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a frequent disease. However, various diseases could mimicking RA, and have to be known, even if the disease is rare. It is the case with several infectious manifestations, like Whipple or Poncet's diseases. Paraneoplastic polyarthritis could happen before a tumor, frequently a lung cancer, sometime before myelodysplasic syndrome or a lymphoma. Some arthritis could reveal amyloid deposit in the joints, en relation with a myeloma, or a proliferation of hystiocytes cells. Without the exhaustively, the evocations of the very rare diagnostic could help the physicians to recognize these uncommon pathologies.
