Abstract
The existing corporate culture and work organisation is in general not adjusted to the needs and competences of elderly workers. In the EU funded research project RESPECT 12 new models concerning corporate culture, leadership, professional competence, qualification, health and work organisation were developed, implemented in five companies and evaluated with respect to workability and health of elderly workers.
