Employees' work ability and company performance: A follow-up study in the metal industry and in retail trade

We studied how the employees' work ability, work and organizational commitment were associated with their mental well-being and emotional exhaustion as well as with the company performance in the metal industry and in retail trade. The results demonstrated that the employees' work ability and organizational commitment predicted mental well-being and good company performance.
