Abstract
A comparative study was conducted to find out the scores in Work Ability Index (WAI) of different interviewers-Occupational Health Physician and Work Psychologist-and different versions-comprehensive version of the Work Ability Index and an abridged version. The variations of the WAI scores-higher scores by a non-medical interviewer and by using the abridged version-and conclusions on the use of the WAI-interview instrument or anonymous questionnaire-and on trainings for non-medical interviewers are discussed.
