Abstract
The CNIB is seeking to transform its current services to provide more help and service to clients. Its goal is a nationwide integrated client relations management system for consistent delivery of high quality services that is timely, resilient and relevant. As demands for vision rehabilitation services grow, funds available to provide them need to grow, but are actually shrinking. In order to maintain or improve the quality of rehabilitation services, the CNIB needs to find a way to deliver more services with less money. A pivotal factor in accomplishing this feat will be our ability to leverage the implementation of new technology to support the delivery of rehabilitation services.
