Abstract
Patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) demonstrate complex and varied visual functional deficits and therapeutic outcomes. Visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and visual field may be compromised. This paper presents three patients with different visual deficits and goals. Low vision rehabilitation assessment may include adaptive aids and training for magnification, filters and field enhancement systems. Successful low vision rehabilitation can restore function and independence.
