Abstract
In recent years, the overactive bladder syndrome in women has become an important issue in clinical practice. International consensus about the definition, diagnostic work-up and treatment options will lead to a better understanding of the problem and will eventually be of benefit for the patients. In this review, current practice regarding diagnostic procedures and treatment are discussed.
