Abstract
The appearance of the Myofascial Pain Syndrome after knee arthroscopies occurs in 58,7 % of patients. The majority have between 2 and 5 MTPs during their recuperation period. With regard to the factors of activation, the surgical ischemia is prominent. The knee flexum and the pain and/or adherences in the entry points have more importance when they are combined, above all with ischemia.
