Abstract
We found no significant relationship between high-probability ventilation/perfusion scan results and abnormalities in cardiac enzymes irrespective of the presence or absence of chest pain. Patients with a history of CAD or RV dysfunction did not have a higher incidence of chest pain when compared with those with no known history of CAD or RV dysfunction.
