Abstract
No matter the location or the practice arena you find yourself in these days, it has become apparent that the consumer and the employer are beginning to drive the health care bus. The purchasers of health care have raised their voices and are seeking professionals who can help them control escalating costs. The purchaser of health care may soon be the individual with a consumer-driven health plan, as well as the employer with specific benefit packages for their employees. These groups see the importance and the positive impact that a wellness campaign could have on both the quality of care and the cost of delivering health care.
