Abstract
Recommendations to occupational physicians distinguish employees who may become pregnant on one hand, and pregnant employees on the other hand: the first ones should be informed of the hazards of agents and mixtures handled at work and invited to report their pregnancies as soon as possible to their occupational physician; some jobs should be avoided for the second ones (specific social protective rules can be used with this aim in France). All data on the level of exposure and the pregnancy should be included in the medical file of the employee.
