Abstract
The two groups directed by occupational health physicians and general practitioners appear very near concerning the medical and behavioural aspects and show an usual health channel from work to the usual doctor in case of alcohol abuse. The difference with recruitment of alcohol abuse on the roads is clear and shows the very important complementarity of detection and guidance steps when the groups offer very different characteristics and needs.
