Abstract
Measures that reflected both cubital tunnel and ulnar nerve size were found to have a high degree of reproducibility between sonographers. Some measures which may have been influenced by anatomical irregularities, scanning planes and indistinct tissue boundaries were found to exhibit a greater degree of variance between sonographers. The scanning protocol and definitions for specific measures presented within this study permit consistent assessment of the ulnar nerve and structures within the cubital tunnel.
