Abstract
Conclusions: IAS anatomic variants are common in adult cardiac surgical patients undergoing multiplane TEE. The presence of ASF and ASA predicts enhanced PFO detection. ASA mobility patterns significantly correlate (p < 0.05) with the presence of PFO.
