Abstract
Female sex, involvement of GPs or cardiologists in prehospital management of AMI and non-ST elevation myocardial infarction were associated with under-use of MCU. Information for practitioners on the role of emergency services in acute coronary syndrome would be helpful to improve pre-hospital management of patients with AMI.
