Abstract
Palliative care and quality, quality improvement and palliative process, words which are usually used to describe our practices. However, for patients, does palliative care mean always quality? Is this particular health care compatible with a continuous improvement procedure as a professionnal practices assessment? Whereas considerable health establishments are engaged in the second accreditation procedure, this work makes it possible to reflect on an assessment process of medical records, by transposing this assessment context in a dynamic approach of improvement.
