Abstract
The dose to adjacent artery segments is less with β than with γ emitters. Significant dose exposition is noted when using γ emitters at a distance of 5 mm. The results can serve as a guideline for establishing prescription doses and safety margins for the treatment of bifurcation lesions and retreatment of the arteries.
