Mal rotación del pene: tratamiento quirúrgico con zetaplastia. A propósito de un caso y revisión de la literatura

The present article describes our experience, shared with the plastic surgery department in our hospital, of a case of surgical correction of complicated penile torsion through Z-plasty with scrotal flap. We also provide a review of the literature and update on the topic, with emphasis on the prevalence of this abnormality in the general population and the surgical techniques described.
