Seudotumor fibroso paratesticular: no tan raro, no tan difícil de diagnosticar

We present a new case of paratesticular fibrous pseudotumor and we made a general review about them. Paratesticular fibrous pseudotumor is a pathology entity more frequently that the short series and few cases report to look like indicate. It is an entity of inflammatory a reactive origin and no tumoral (that's why the name of pseudotumor). It is a benign entity but in a some cases confuse the urologist in the diagnosis and the treatment is unnecessary aggressive and radical. We believe that a meticulous analysis of clinics facts, the testicular exploration and the help of ecographics, CT and MR facts is possible to made a correctly diagnosis and avoid radical surgery.
