Disfunción eréctil y continencia después de prostatectomía radical retropúbica: estudio prospectivo

In the analysis of done decline in our work we find that the possibility of erectile dysfunction is seen negatively affected by the greater age, the smaller index of operating pre sexual function, the major Gleason of the operating piece and/or if the patient has a Tp3 or greater, while the factor of positive affection or if we want to call it protector is the major surgical time that would have to would do with the major care for the dissection and separation of the bandles. We need to add more cases to ours casuistic and to purify each time more our surgical technique, to do of this still more sure surgery.
