Lipoma mixoide del cordón espermático. A propósito de un caso y revisión de la bibliografía

We present a male of 67 years old with painless solid lesion in right paratesticular location. In preoperative US was described as a solid tumor. It was remove by surgical approach. Pathologic study showed an lipoma with myxoid changes tumor. It is important to know about this illness in order to make a differential diagnosis from other inflammatory and tumor processes, for adopting a right surgical approach.
