Abstract
Cryopreservation of testicular sperm is feasible and the results of ICSI with frozen-thawed testicular sperm are similar to those obtained using fresh testicular sperm. Cryopreservation may avoid repetition of testicular biopsies to retrieve sperm for successive ICSI cycles in patients with azoospermia, without compromising the success of the treatment.
