Abstract
The treatment of the totally edentulous by implant prostheses is now current in therapeutic methods. When resorption proceeds the mandible tends to assume a skeletal pseudo-class III relationship to the maxilla, then the surgical correction is necessary to obtain a functional and aesthetic result for implant prostheses. A method of reconstruction by combining a maxillary advancement, a bilateral sinus floor elevation and autologous bone grafts with buccal onlay is suitable for implant placement. This surgical procedure is the preliminary condition to obtain a high success rate in long term of the osseointegrated implant prostheses. The clinical case, seven years ago after prosthetic rehabilitation, can be described the different surgical and prosthesis stages to a successful bi-maxillary implant prostheses.
