Abstract
Treatment of an odontogenic keratocyst with peripheral ostectomy, with or without the use of Carnoy's solution, had a significantly lower rate of recurrence. Treatment with enucleation, with or without the use of Carnoy's solution was associated with a significantly higher recurrence rate.
