Abstract
During the past 5 years I have had the opportunity of observing a patient with destructive lesions of the jaws who at the same time had a soft tissue lesion, “fistula in ano.” This case exhibits features that seem to show certain transitive phases between eosinophilic granuloma of bone and Letterer-Siwe disease. The histologic picture of both lesions showed eosinophilic infiltration in the tissue. The thought that this case may shed some light upon this intriguing condition warrants its publication.
