Abstract
There was a greater incidence of subjective complaints than objective nerve injury. Recoring somesthesic evoked potentials provides interesting information for the electrophysiological diagnosis of nerve injury. Indications could be widened for traumatic injury of the IAN, particularly to obtain medicolegal documentation.
