Abstract
In our group of studied cases, the two feet and one hand syndrome predominated in adult men, with a male female relation of 4:1. No relationship was found between occupation and this syndrome. There was a minor predominance of location of the affected hand, the right hand being more frequent than the left hand. Although it is called the two feet and one hand syndrome, 7 patients were included who had initiated with only one hand, who later presented involvement of the other hand. The most frequent fungus involved is T. rubrum, followed by T. mentagrophytes and E. floccosum.
