The first step in establishing a headache diagnosis is a complete history. The therapy of acute Migraine Headache has transformed the image of headache in our minds. As the therapeutic drug options for headache are expanding and as physicians we have a wide range of drugs. It is important to focus on individual patients need before choosing a drug. This review gives a Stratified approach to the treatment of acute migraine headache.
