Abstract
The data demonstrate that multiple abnormalities in the members of the Wnt pathway lead to nuclear accumulation of β-catenin and suggest that activation of Wnt pathway provides proliferative advantages in c-Myc/E2F1-driven hepatocarcinogenesis.
