Abstract
The frequency of the cognitive troubles among patients, old more than 65 years, hospitalized in cost-units stay, care of continuation and geriatric readaptation is 85%, 51% presenting a true demential syndrome. This exploratory study accounts for the importance of the tracking of these cognitive disorders only located in 40 to 55% of the cases by the family or the close relations, for the later best dealt of these patients. A neurocognitive revaluation remotely remains in all the cases necessary.
