Abstract
The elderlies'complaints differ from the verbal expression of physical and intrapsychic sufferings. The repetitive complaints can break the therapeutic bond with physicians and caregivers. The complaint sometimes reaches the level of real mental violence, which in feedback provokes rejection, neglect or abuse from therapists themselves. Complaint behavior results partly from a failure in positive bonds transmission between generations.
