Abstract
In Chinese patients with primary hypercholesterolemia, doubling the dosage of fluvastatin from 40 to 80 mg once daily was effective and safe regarding reduction of LDL cholesterol level, and allowed more patients to achieve LDL cholesterol goals of the NCEP ATP II.
