Factores que condicionan la elección de Unidad Docente en una muestra de residentes de Medicina de Familia de Castilla-La Mancha

Almost all the residents of the F&CM of CLM choose their TU based on personal/family reasons. For them, the ideal residency would be that performed close to their native setting, in a small hospital with tutors who work as such. Their community tutor would be a real teacher, empathic and with great clinical competence, in a health care center with many teaching and research activities and adequate material instruments, coordinating all the TU in charge of promoting training and research, with empathic, flexible, organized capacity and with good relationship with the hospital.
