Abstract
A case of a patient who consults due to diffuse hyperpigmentation of skin and oral mucosa is presented. These skin manifestations together with non-specific symptoms such as asthenia, weakness and somnolence lead us to suspect primary adrenal insufficiency, that was demonstrated later in the context of a type 2 pluriglandular autoinmune syndromes.
