Abstract
Crossed renal ectopia its a rare congenital malformation and in most cases it presents with fusion of both kidneys. Patients should be asynptomatic until 4ª-5ª decade and at that time they unfold urinary infection, urolithiasis, abdominal mass or pain that simulates a gastric disease. We report a case of renal cell carcinoma in a patient with crossed fused renal ectopia, showed in a Scan that was performed for gastric disease suspicion.
