Abstract
A contracted bladder due to extravasation of BCG, although rare, is a serious complication. Cystoprostatectomy with orthotopic neobladder reconstruction may be the optimal solution to alleviate severe lower urinary tract symptoms and remove the risk of subsequent urothelial malignancy.
