Abstract
Outcome can be assessed clinically and radiologically. Radiological outcome does not necessarily correspond to clinical results. The best long-term clinical outcome has been reported using the Ponseti method, for which there is great and increasing demand, largely driven by parents and facilitated by the Internet.
