Abstract
Antiphospholipid antibodies can inhibit EVT differentiation and GMC formation “in vitro” suggesting that a failure of trophoblast differentiation and subsequent uteroplacental development may be an underlying pathology in antiphospholipid syndrome-associated pregnancy loss.
